KATHMANDU, June 2: A Shree Airlines flight scheduled to depart from Kathmandu for Dhangadhi has been redirected back to the parking area near the runway.
Sources at the Tribhuvan International Airport reported that Flight SHA 221, operated by aircraft registration 9NANS, was brought back to parking due to the detection of a fuel odor inside the aircraft. The decision was made to conduct further technical examinations.
Govt offices to resume providing services from today
The aircraft was originally scheduled to depart from Kathmandu at 8:25AM, according to airport officials.
After detecting a problem in the aircraft, the airline is preparing to send another plane.
