Security guards working at the factory situated at Godranga of Bharatpur shut down the industrial unit on Tuesday, stating that their demands have fallen on deaf ear of the management. [break]
The agitating guards have said that the factory management has not paid salary for the past seven months and warned that they would not let the Coco-Cola resume operation till their demands were fulfilled.
Among others, their demands include appropriate salary for employees and compensation for the family of Bakaya Chaudhary, an employee of the factory who was killed in a road accident.
