KATHMANDU, Oct 30: Visiting United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres participated in a reception organized at the United Nations Building in Pulchowk, Lalitpur on Monday.
Secretary-General Guterres and representatives of specialized agencies, funds and offices of the United Nations and staff gathered in the reception organized by the United Nations Office in Nepal.
