BHAKTAPUR, July 8: A scooter driver has died after being hit by a mini truck in Bhaktapur last night.
The driver of the scooter (Ba 67 Pa 8422) was killed when a mini truck (Ba 5 Kha 5423) heading towards Changunarayan from Bhaktapur Dekocha collided head-on with a truck at Changunarayan Municipality-5.

Madhav Basnet, 32, of Salaghari in Bhaktapur Municipality-1 died while undergoing treatment at the Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj, said Raju Pandey, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Bhaktapur.
Police have arrested truck driver Satya Ram Karmacharya, 43, of Bhaktapur Municipality-8, Liwali in connection with the accident.
