Organizing a news conference in the capital on Wednesday to give information about the decisions taken in the recently concluded first general convention, the party, however, suggested that provinces should be made on mutual consent of political parties.[break]
The general convention of the party that concluded on April 22 in Birgunj elected Anil Jha as a chairman of the party for four years.
On the occasion, Jha said that identity of the Madhesis should be guaranteed in the new constitution.
