Sainik edged past Karmeshwar Higher Secondary School of Kailali 2-1 in the boys´ final. Two goals in the first three minutes laid the foundations for Sainik´s victory. Bikash Ale opened the scoring in the second minute and Prakash Thapa doubled the advantage a minute later. Karmeshwar pulled one back through Suresh Kumar Chaudhary in the 67th minute but could not find the equalizer. [break]
In the girls´ title clash, Janajyoti eased past Deep Jyoti Vidyashram of Banke 4-1. Mithila Kushwar and Rubina Gole netted a brace each for Janajyoti. Kushwar put Janajyoti ahead in the 33rd minute and doubled the lead two minutes after the break. Gole made it 3-0 in the 60th and wrapped up victory with a fourth on 74 minutes. Geeta Rana scored a consolation goal for Deep Jyoti in the 66th minute.
The top four teams of the boys´ section were awarded Rs 300,000, Rs 150,000, Rs 75,000 and Rs 50,000 respectively along with trophies. Creative Learners Academy and Apple Academy secured third and fourth positions.
The girls´ champion and runner-up bagged Rs 200,000 and Rs 100,000 along with trophies. Tops Higher Secondary School of Kaski and Apple Academy of Kathmandu, which finished third and fourth respectively, received Rs 50,000 and Rs 25,000.
Bimala Chaudhary of Tops in the girls´ section and Bikash Lama of Sainik in the boys´ section were declared the best players. They were awarded Rs 10,000 each.
Manoj Katuwal (goalkeeper), Bikash Lama (midfielder) of Sainik, Bikram Lama (defender) of Creative, and Suresh Kumar Chaudhary (forward) of Karmeshwar were declared the best players in their respective positions. Raju Lama of Sainik won the best coach award.
In the girls´ section, Binita Lama (defender) and Rabina Gole (forward) of Janajyoti, Sushmita Singh Thakuri (goalkeeper) of Apple, and Puja Rana Magar (midfielder) of Deep Jyoti were adjudged the best players in their respective positions. The best coach award went to Sher Bahadur Darlami (coach) of Janajyoti. The best players and coaches of both sections received Rs 5,000 each.
