KATHMANDU, August 2: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairman Rabi Lamichhane has fulfilled a promise he had made in the by-election. In his constituency Chitwan 2, Lamichhane launched a mobile clinic from today and also inaugurated a blue bus to provide free of cost bus service for women.
On the occasion of reaching 100 days after winning the by-election, Lamichhane said that he would complete many of the promises he had made during the election and started two services from today. Rabi has asked the users to follow him on Facebook all day today.

Chairman Lamichhane has also announced that he will plant about 54,176 saplings, equal to the number of votes he received in the by-election. He said that the saplings are going to be planted with the aim of making every voter participate in this campaign.
In accordance with the promise made to his voters, Lamichhane has announced 11 programs in Bharatpur. Similarly, Lamichhane has announced plans to provide free health services targeting senior citizens above 65 years of age.
