KATHMANDU, May 16: Prime Minister Sushil Koirala has said that the government has given a high priority to the tourism sector as it was the foundation of nation development.

While receiving the relief assistance provided by the Hotel Association Nepal (HAN) at his official residence at Baluwatar today, PM Koirala said that the government was ready to assist the tourism entrepreneurs.

The HAN has provided Rs 1.5 million to the Prime Minister Disaster Relief Fund, said HAN chairman BK Shrestha.
