MUMBAI, Dec 9: Rani Mukerji and Aditya Chopra are blessed with a baby girl. The actress delivered this morning, at the Breach Candy hospital where the proud parents have already named their lil angel as Adira- a combination of Aditya and Rani! Soon after her baby's arrival.

Rani even released an official announcement stating, "I would like to thank all my well wishers and fans.Today life has given us God's greatest gift with Adira. We thank fans our friends and well wishers for their unconditional support and blessings. With joy we begin this new chapter in our lives."
It's indeed a moment of joy for the whole Chopra family. Rishi Kapoor was one of the first ones' to congratulate Rani and Adi on this happy occasion. He tweeted, "Rani and Aditya Chopra become proud parents to a baby girl named Adira. Congratulations! Actor Riteish Deshmukh too took to Twitter and shared his good wishes. He wrote, "Congratulations proud parents n chachu @udaychopra". While Uday kept is sweet saying, "IT'S A GIRL!!!!!"
