Inspector Janakraj Banjara at the District Traffic Police Office said vehicular traffic has been completely obstructed near the Bishwakarma Temple and the 65th turn areas in Binayi Triveni Rural Municipality–2 due to muddy road conditions. He informed that vehicles will be allowed to resume movement once the rain stops and the mud is cleared away.

Despite nightly six-hour closures for construction, even light rainfall has been causing full roadblocks along this stretch. The Narayanghat–Butwal Road Expansion Project stated that major construction work in this section is expected to be completed by mid-July. Daily obstructions have continued to cause hardship for travelers.
