Rai expressed the view at a news conference organised by the Federation of Nepalese Indigenous Nationalities Journalists, Tanahun, here on Friday.[break]
He blamed that the High-Level Political Committee (HLPC) of holding talks in a hurry.
Stating that his party would not participate in the election in status quo, Rai stressed on the need of forming all-side mechanism by dissolving the four-party mechanism for the upcoming election.
