KATHMANDU, Oct. 9: The quake affected people eligible to get the second installment of amount to rebuild their houses would also get the third installment of grant in advance based on recommendation from the concerned rural municipalities and municipalities.
As per the decision of the National Reconstruction Authority (NRA), the eligible beneficiaries would get the third installment of the grant in presence of the concerned local levels with the precondition to complete the construction within five months.

NRA's spokesperson Yamlal Bhusal said that the Ministry of Finance gave an approval to a proposal made from NRA to facilitate the beneficiaries in their house construction. The NRA is of the confidence that such a move would help the beneficiaries to reconstruct their private houses.
After the fresh decision, the beneficiaries would get altogether Rs 250,000 including Rs 150,000 of the second installment and Rs 100,000 of the third installment. However, the beneficiaries should have developed the foundation of their houses to be eligible to collect the amount of the second installment. (RSS)
