Purna Gharti takes lead in Rukum

ROLPA,Nov 23: In the vote counting for the membership of the House of Representatives, Purna Gharti Magar of the Maoist Center has maintained a wide lead. While Gharti got 9,995 votes, his closest rival CPN UML candidate Kailash Kumar Malla got 4,058 votes.

ROLPA,Nov 23: In the vote counting for the membership of the House of Representatives, Purna Gharti Magar of the Maoist Center has maintained a wide lead. While Gharti got 9,995 votes, his closest rival CPN UML candidate Kailash Kumar Malla got 4,058 votes.


Independent candidate Surul again won the provincial assembly seat (1) with 4,465 votes, while his nearest competitor Tej Bahadur Oli got 3,932 votes.

In the vote counting for the provincial assembly seat (2), Dhan Bahadur KC of the Nepali Congress is leading with 3,418 votes, while independent candidate Narahari Khadka is trailing with 1,986 votes.
