Protesters set truck on fire

SAPTARI, Nov 11: Cadres of the Unified Democratic Madhesi Front, which is launching a protest movement in the Terai for over the last two months against the new constitution, torched a truck at the Koshi Barrage, Bhardaha-1 of Saptari District in the wee hours today.

The truck, Na 5 Kha 9162, heading towards the west from the east was carrying wheat flour. The UDMF cadres set fire to the truck at 3 am today, police said. The truck has been totally damaged due to the arson attack. RSS
