The expo, which started Friday, was organized with the objective of providing information on the current state and future prospects of the land and housing business in Nepal, as well as showing the problems and challenges facing the business.

Visitors included people thinking about to buy houses, apartments or land, and entrepreneurs and personnel working in different sectors, amongst others.

The 120-stall fair showcased earthquake-resilient houses and apartments, construction material, furniture, pipes, paints, vehicles, and decorating items, among others.

Engineering and architectural consultants, and financial and insurance service companies also provided information on their services at the expo.

Talking to Republica, the organizers said they were overwhelmed by the participation of people from different parts of the country. “This edition of the expo was more successful than the previous ones.
