The 14-year-old girl is reportedly pregnant. Gyan Chandra Upadhya, principal of Birat Sanatan Dharma Secondary School at Darakh VDC-5, has been accused of forcibly having sexual relations with the girl for the past six months.[break]
The principal had been arrested following the girl´s complaint at the Area Police Office Sukkhad.
“He first raped me inside the school and then forced me to continue having sexual relations with him. He always threatened me not to tell anyone about it,” she said in her complaint.
The girl disclosed the fact after her elder sister interrogated about her protruding stomach during Dashain festival.
