The President put tika on the forehead of hundreds of people including the distinguished persons, women, former ministers, leaders and cadres of different political parties, serving and former employees of the civil and military service, wishing for happiness, prosperity and peace to the country and the countrymen.
The Office of the President had kept the gates at Shital Niwas open from 1.30 pm to 5 pm today so that the interested general public could receive tika from the President on the day of Bijaya Dashami. RSS
