Pregnant woman rescued after 10 days

CHARIKOT, May 4: A pregnant woman who had gone for grazing the yaks has been safely rescued after 10 days of massive earthquake on Monday.

Chief battalion commander at the Barda Bahadur Battalion of the Nepalese Army led team safely rescued the woman by helicopter today.


Similarly, the NA has safely rescued three children and 72-year-old man from Luman village.

Likewise, the rescue team rescued an Indian and British national from Lapsi village and 24 yarsagumba (caterpillar fungus) collectors from Lamabagar in the district. RSS
