‘Galbandi’ hit maker Prakash Saput donated Rs 200,000 to COVID-19 minimization fund established by the Government of Nepal. Prakash who has reached his hometown Baglung to maintain social distance, handed a cheque worth Rs 200,000 to the President of Film Journalist Association Baglung, Dil Sirish; asking him to forward the amount to government’s fund.   


After donation the amount, Prakash took to his Facebook to convey the message to the PM Oli. Lauding the government’s steps to fight against COVID-19, Prakash wrote: “Government’s decisions to control COVID-19 are admirable.” He has further appreciated the PM’s willpower and dedication toward the nation. “We are grateful to see your dedication and activeness for the nation, despite being a recent kidney transplant recipient.”
