PPMO sets 30-day deadline for 17 construction contractors to submit clarifications

KATHMANDU, Oct 28: The Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO) has instructed 17 construction contractors/suppliers to submit written clarifications.



The PPMO issued a notice on Monday, stating that the contractors/suppliers in question must provide written clarifications, explaining why they should not be blacklisted.

The PPMO has stated that if there are valid grounds for not being blacklisted, the concerned parties must submit a written clarification to the office within 30 days from the date of receiving the notice.
