MAHOTTARI, May 6: The law enforcement officials in Mahottari last night took under control cows and calves being smuggled across the border to India.
The police intercepted the smugglers at Gothanbanauli area of Ramgopalpur – 9 at 9 pm and seized two cows and two calves, said Superintendent of Police, Kuber Kadayat of District Police Office, Mahottari. The cows and calves have been handed over to the Choti Customs Office, Samsi. RSS
