BHAKTAPUR, Oct 23: The District Police Range, Bhaktapur, has found ammunition of various weapons in an abandoned condition.
Police found five rounds of 303 rifle bullets and two rounds of SLR bullets in an abandoned state on the roadside of the squatter settlement located on the banks of the Manohara River at Lokanthali, Madhyapur Thimi Municipality-1, according to Superintendent of Police Prakash Jabegu of Bhaktapur Police Range.

Similarly, the police have arrested a prisoner who had escaped from the Jagannathdewal Jail, Kathmandu, during the Gen-Z movement on September 9, from Basitol, Changunarayan Municipality–6.
The arrested prisoner is Neeraj Tamang, 29, from Pokhara Lekhnath Metropolitan City-16 in Kaski District. He was serving a prison sentence for a rape case. Tamang was arrested by a team from Kharipati Police Station and sent to Jagannathdewal Prison in Kathmandu on Wednesday, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Jabegu.
