A Kathmandu-based team of crime branch under Nepal Police took the initiatives after such posts have been creating panic and confusion among the users.
The branch asked Sunil Sitaula to remove such baseless posts on earthquake.
Police have requested the users to remain clam and maintain restrain in such a difficult time.
