KATHMANDU, May 9: A police team has reached the house of UML Secretary Top Bahadur Rayamajhi. On Tuesday, a team from the Kathmandu District Police Range reached Rayamajhi's house for a search.
The Kathmandu District Court issued an arrest warrant against Rayamajhi on May 3 in connection with the fake Bhutanese refugee scam. However, Rayamajhi is still on the run.
The police have so far arrested eight people in connection with the fake Bhutanese refugee scam. One of them is Sandeep Rayamahi, son of Top Bahadur Rayamajhi.
