KATHMANDU, Sept 1: Police baton charged the victims of co-operatives at Bhadrakali as they marched towards Singha Durbar from the Shanti Vatika in Ratnapark. Police baton charged the demonstrators to prevent them from entering the restricted area.

Some of the cooperative victims have been injured due to the police action.
After being blocked from reaching Singha Durbar, the victims of cooperatives started their protest in front of Shahid Gate and then headed towards Maitighar via Tripureshwar and Thapathali.
