The arrested allegedly demanded Rs 7 million from the victim not to disclose her nude pictures
KATHMANDU, Dec 19: Police have arrested one person on the charge sex extortion through fake email address and Facebook ID. The arrested had allegedly demanded a huge sum of money not to disclose nude pictures of the victim.

A team of police personnel held Suman Regmi, 33, of Biratnagar Sub-metropolitan City -3 in Morang district [currently living at Golfutar of Budhanilkantha Municipality-7] from Kathmandu on Thursday.
The accused has been charged of sexual extortion demanding Rs 7 million in cash not to disclose nude pictures from the victim. The victim is learnt to be his female partner.
He is being investigated as per the Electronic Transaction Act,2008, according to Nepal Police’s Cyber Bureau.
