KATHMANDU, Oct 22: Police have arrested Gunaraj Lohani, a leader of Nepal Communist Party led by Netra Bikram Chand.
He was detained from Chitwan on Tuesday morning, according to police sources. On Monday, a central committee meeting of the outlawed Chand-led outfit had suspended Lohani from the post of the central committee member citing his health issues.
