After being on air for half an hour, he expressed his delight by saying, "Pokhara is really beautiful. And the mountains, lakes and the greenery have simply heightened the beauty of this city. One should be on air to see the beauty that is Pokhara."

Jiang is in Nepal for the 20th convention of Nepal Association of Tour and Travel Agents (NATTA) that will start from September 25. According to President of NATTA Pom Narayan Shrestha, Western Regional Association NATTA extended an invitation to the actor to visit Pokhara.

Almost 90% of the Chinese tourists who visit Pokhara enjoy the popular ultralight and paragliding experiences. After the recent earthquakes, the numbers of Chinese tourists have dwindled down considerably. Chairman Shrestha said that Jiang's visit here would go a long way in attracting tourists from China once again. The actor's visit would give the message that Pokhara is a safe holiday destination.

Jiang's one day tour was a success with the actor stating that as soon as he received the invitation, he was very excited to come to Pokhara. Having heard about the beauty of the city, he was thrilled to receive the invitation and thankful for the opportunity. He said, "I am very happy to be here and I will urge more Chinese citizens to visit Pokhara. I will definitely return if I get the opportunity again."

Pokhara, for Jiang, was a peaceful city with tremendous natural beauty.

French filmmaker Eric Valli, who directed the 1999 film 'Caravan', will also be coming for the convention in a couple of days.
