KATHMANDU, Nov 21: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is addressing the cabinet ministers at 5:30 pm today, according to his aides.

Oli is scheduled to address the cabinet ministers at the Prime Minister's Office, Singha Durbar. On the occasion, the prime minister will direct the ministers on contemporary issues, according to Oli's media expert Ramsharan Bajagain.
This is the first address of the prime minister after he reconstituted the cabinet yesterday. New eight ministers were inducted in the cabinet. PM Oli dismissed nine ministers including three state ministers.
