PM Nepal leaves China

SHANGHAI, China, Dec 31: Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal is returning home Thursday after concluding his six- day official China visit. PM Nepal left for Hongkong from Chinese industrial city Shanghai.



Earlier this afternoon, PM Nepal attended a luncheon hosted by Han Zheng, mayor of Shanghai Municipality. On the occasion, PM Nepal and Zheng held discussions on bilateral interests and relations ahead of luncheon.



On the occasion, PM´s wife Gyatri Nepal, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs Sujata Koirala, Finance Minister Surendra Pandey, Minister for Energy Dr. Prakash Sharan Mahat, Foreign Secretary Madan Bhattarai, Finance Secretary Rameswor Khanal, PM´s Foreign Affairs Advisor Rajan Bhattarai, Nepalese Ambassador to China Tanka Prasad Karki, Chinese Ambassador to Nepal Qui Guohong, among others were present.



Similarly, chairman of Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry Kush Kumar Joshi, vice-chair Suraj, Baidhya and other industrialists including Chinese industrialists were also present.
