KATHMANDU, Oct 9: Prime Minister Sushila Karki visited President Ramchandra Paudel at Sheetal Niwas on Wednesday.
According to sources, the prime minister headed to the presidential residence shortly after concluding the cabinet meeting.

The meeting comes as issues surrounding the Gen-Z movement - which marked its one-month anniversary on Thursday- continue to intensify, including public concerns raised by the Gen-Z group and families of those who lost their lives during the protests.
Earlier in the day, the cabinet discussed the current crisis and disaster management efforts.
During her meeting with the President, Prime Minister Karki is expected to brief him on recent political developments and the government’s ongoing initiatives.
