PM didn't expect overwhelming reaction

KATHMANDU, April 22: Prime Minister and Chairman of Unified Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) Pushpa Kamal Dahal said he didn´t expect overwhelming reaction over the government´s decision of seeking clarification from Nepal Army Chief Rookmangud Katawal.

Prime minister Dahal made the remarks at an all-party meeting, called by the Maoist at its parliamentary party office in Singha Durbar Wednesday, according to Nepali Congress (NC) leader Dr Prakash Saran Mahat, who is attending the meeting.


According to our correspondent Yuvraj Acharya, the all-party meeting will primarily focus the issue of the government´s decision of seeking clarification from the army chief.
