Kathmandu Valley, shrouded in smog, is painted orange by the sunrise.

With the removal of load-shedding system in Kathmandu, the whole Valley is evenly lit at night.

The road outside OAGN, Babarmahal at night.

The Milky Way galaxy can be seen clearly from Chhaimale where the skies are clear and are not polluted as much as within Kathmandu Valley.

Photographer is an undergraduate student  at St. Xavier’s College.
