In the memorandum, the party also expressed its worry over what it said growing threat to national unity and sovereignty. The party has also stressed on the need to strengthening of republic, preservation of the nationality and quashing the proposed federalism.
“The federalism has possibility to lead the country to caste-based and regional conflict and national disintegration,” reads the memorandum undersigned by the party’s chairman Chitra Bahadur KC, demanding unitary system of governance.
