People above 50 years to get COVID-19 vaccines for four more days in KMC

KATHMANDU, July 29: The Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) is administering COVID-19 vaccines to people aged above 50 years from today.

KATHMANDU, July 29: The Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) is administering COVID-19 vaccines to people aged above 50 years from today.


Those people who are older than 50 years and have missed the COVID-19 vaccine in the past can visit the vaccine centers to get vaccinated.

The KMC is administering Vero Cell against the COVID-19. The vaccination drive will end after four days from today.


The KMC has set up 32 COVID-19 vaccination centers to administer the vaccine. According to the chief of Urban Health Division of the Metropolitan City, Hari Bahadur Kuwar, the vaccine can be received from all ward offices from 10 AM to 5 PM.


Those seeking vaccines should carry a citizenship card or passport or driving license. Those who do not have these kinds of documents will have to get a recommendation letter from the ward concerned.
