The meeting held at the residence of Poudel dwelt on current political situation in Nepal and efforts made by the parties to resolve existing deadlock. According to Poudel´s personal assistant Chiranjeevi Adhikari, Paudel told Fernandez that since the parties are engaged in serious negotiations, they will eventually find consensus.[break]
She was eager to find out how the political process in the country would move ahead. EU ambassador to Nepal Alexander Spachis was also present on the occasion.
