Ram Chandra Paudel, Vice-President of the Nepali Congress, who came out from the meeting for a while, said that discussion is underway to forge consensus on the remaining issues, which should be included in the order on removing difficulties and on the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.
Document of the agreement is being prepared now, said Paudel.
