RSP warns of obstructing parliament if bill to curb loan sharking is not introduced in the next meeting

KATHMANDU, July 14: Rabi Lamichhane, president of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has warned that the parliament  will be obstructed if the bill to curb loan sharking is not introduced in the next meeting.

KATHMANDU, July 14: Rabi Lamichhane, president of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has warned that the parliament  will be obstructed if the bill to curb loan sharking is not introduced in the next meeting.


Questioning why the bill was removed from today's parliament agenda, President Lamichhane warned that the House of Representatives (HoR) would be obstructed if the bill on loan sharking is not discussed in the next meeting.

Speaking at the meeting of the HoR on Friday, President Lamichhane also said that the bill was not discussed today due to the interests of some parties in the government.


President Lamichhane said that the RSP is on the side of the loan sharking victims and demanded that the bill be introduced soon.
