A large number of passengers have been stranded as the vehicles from Palpa, Syangja, Gulmi and Arghakachi have been queued at Dobhan of Palpa for the past 12 hours, police said. Meanwhile, vehicles from Butwal have been queued at Chidiya Khola.
Traffic Office Palpa informed that it was very difficult to clear the obstruction as the rainfall has not been ceased.
