PAC to hold discussion on 48 out of 100 complaints

KATHMANDU, March 18: The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) will discuss 48 out of the 100 complaints it received.


A Sub-Committee led by the Nepali Congress (NC) MP Sanjay Gautam will study the complaints. The Sub-Committee on Tuesday concluded that discussing 48 of the 100 complaints would be appropriate.

CPN (Maoist Centre) MP Janardan Sharma suggested prioritizing and reviewing the complaints accordingly. NC MP Ramkrishna Yadav suggested that the committee invite the ministry's secretary and the minister for discussion.


The PAC has received 14 more complaints, bringing the total number of complaints to 114.
