Khadka made a public appearance on Monday at his residence in Budhanilkantha, Kathmandu, which was set on fire during the Gen Z movement.

In an earlier interview, Home Minister Aryal had alleged that Khadka had already fled the country after the Department of Money Laundering Investigation began its probe and that others were also planning to escape. However, just a day after Aryal’s remarks, Khadka was seen interacting with journalists at his burnt house.
