Only 200,000 voters in Dhaulagiri

BAGLUNG, July 3: Four districts in Dhaulagiri zone have witnessed a drop in the number of eligible voters. According to the District Election Office, Baglung, the number of genuine voters stands at 200,000. The office also said that there were 191,815 fake voters in the four districts -- Baglung, Parbat, Myagdi and Mustang.



The office has also said that the number of genuine voters in Baglung, Parbat, Myagdi and Mustang is 100,000, 64,469, 22,626 and 4,800, respectively. EC has said that many of the voters had registered from two constituencies in the erstwhile CA election.
