TANAHUN, Jan 17: A youth died when he was attacked with khukuri after a scuffle at Byas Municipality-2 in Tanahun district last night.
Two others were injured in the incident.

DSP Rakesh Singh said that the deceased is Dinesh Thapa of Byas Municipality-2. Critically injured in the attack, Singh died at 9:00 pm in Damauli Hospital, according to the police.
Police has arrested a total of 37 persons for their alleged involvement in the case. Injured Regan Thapa, 17, and Arun Ale, 16, of Byas Municipalityu-10 are receiving treatment in Manipal Hospital, Pokhara. RSS
