One killed in tiger attack

CHITWAN, May 9: A person was killed and another critically injured in a tiger attack at Devnagar in Chitwan. Hanumante Sarki of Devnagar-4 was attacked by the tiger while he was asleep at his own house.



The injured is Bikas Neupane, 30, of the same village. He was attacked by the tiger while he was trying to rescue Hanumante Sarki, said police.[break]



Injured Neupane is being treated at Bharatpur Medical College Chitwan.
