Similarly, family of a girl who was killed in a road accident last Sunday got compensation of Rs 200,000 last evening. Local Mini Bus Entrepreneurs Committee handed over the amount of money to the family of Mamata Khatun, 9, in the premises of the district administration office.
The money was handed over in the presence of Chief District Officer, Ek Narayan Aryal. Khatun had died while undergoin treatment at Byas City Hospital, Damauli after a bus hit on her.
