The deceased has been identified as Ganga Bahadur Parajuli, 60, of Ratnanagar-3.[break]
The incident took place when a vehicle hit him at 6:00 am.
Parajuli died while undergoing treatment at the College of Medical Sciences, Bharatpur.
Search for the vehicle is underway, said police.
