MAKWANPUR, March 18: A person died after a bus collided with a scooter at Bhulchowk, Manahari Rural Municipality-6, along the East-West Highway in Makwanpur on Tuesday.
The bus numbered (Ba 4 Kha 5582), traveling from Chitwan to Hetauda, struck the scooter (Ba Pra 06-002 Pa 4233) heading towards Chitwan from Manahari. According to police, 28-year-old Akash Baramu of Bharatpur Metropolitan City-2, Kshetrapur, who was riding the scooter, died in the accident.

Buddha Lama, 28, of Itahari Sub-Metropolitan City-7, Sunsari, sustained injuries and is currently undergoing treatment at New Medical College, Bharatpur.
