BHARATPUR, Sept 26: A man was killed in a tiger attack at Belsar Buffer Community Forest in Bharatpur metropolis-13 on Saturday morning.
According to the Chitwan National Park's Information Officer, Ashok Ram, the deceased has been identified as 65-year-old Jagadish Chaudhary. The jungle cat attacked Chaudhary while he was on the way to collect grass in the forest at 10.15 am this morning.
He also informed that preparation was underway to send a technical team to tranquillize the tiger when it did not leave the body.
