PALPA, Oct 25: Police have arrested a person on the charge of raping a 13-year-old girl in Chapakot municipality, Syangja.
The rapist Iman Singh Kumal, 22, of Rampur Municipality-6 was arrested after he raped a 13-year-old girl on Monday, District Police Office Palpa informed.

According to Police Inspector Amrit Bhandari, the rapist is under the police custody and will be punished accordingly.
