RUKUM(EAST), Dec 28: A tractor fell off the road at Putha Uttarganga Rural Municipality in East Rukum on Thursday, killing a 16-year-old boy and injuring another.

According to DSP Loknath Timsina, the tractor met with an accident after skidding off the slippery snow.

The tractor (Ra 1 Ta 1694) was en-route to Kol village from Taksera. The deceased has been identified as Bismat Gurung from Panchase village in Bhume Rural Municipality-1. 

It is said that the tractor fell some 300 meters off the road after it skidded on the snow.

njured in the incident, Dilip BK of Athbiskot Municipality of West Rukum is receiving treatment at District Hospital in Salle.
